Government launches 25 provincial news websites
Every province and Phnom Penh now has its own official website for local news and public information.

The Ministry of Information has launched a network of 25 official websites, one for each province and the capital, to share government information and local news online.
Information Minister Neth Pheaktra called the launch "the beginning of a new journey for disseminating official information through digital systems."
How to find your province
Each site follows the same address format: www.[province name].info.gov.kh. Each provincial information department runs its own site, with staff writing, editing and checking news before it is published.
Built for security
All 25 websites run on one shared system with user access controls, two-factor login and activity records. The ministry says this makes the sites more secure and keeps the same standards across the country.
To help departments that lacked equipment, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications gave two computers to each of the 25 provincial departments.
Why it matters
The government says the project will build public trust in official information and support Cambodia's digital transformation. For readers, it means an easier way to find reliable local announcements — from road works to public services — in one place for each province.
